National Brass Academy Basic Schedule

Concert with

Chamber Groups - All participants will be divided into chamber groups based on available instrumentation and their auditions. Chamber groups could include brass quintet, brass quartets, trumpet ensemble, trombone choirs, tuba/euphonium quartets, horn quartets, etc...
Masterclass/Group Sessions - The individual instrumental groups will separate for masterclasses/coachings with their respective faculty member. Students will have the opportunity to play one on one with the faculty, and discuss topics.
Masterclass/Large Group - All seminar participants will meet for a group masterclass with one of the faculty members. Each faculty member will choose a topic of general interest to brass players and a career in the music business.
Evening Recital/Concert - There will be a Faculty Recital, Guest Artist Concert, Chamber Music Recital, and Final Performance featuring all of the participant brass choirs. All performances will take place on the UA Fort Smith campus and in the Fort Smith community.
